Drake Showed Up at the Raptors Game With Two Championship Belts

Let there be no doubt who won the title

February 26, 2020

Always a little extra, Drake came to Tuesday night’s Toronto Raptors game sporting some new hardware. Leaving no doubt who the champion is, the “Life Is Good” rapper arrived at the arena sporting two championship belts.

Facing off against the Milwaukee Bucks, who have become known for their WWE pregame routines, Drake brought two wrestling belts of his own to lend to the Raptors’ mascot. The next-level trolling is the latest in a long line of moves from the artist, who taunted teams through the Toronto team’s title run last year.

“We have our own belts too,” Drake said as he entered the game, one draped over each shoulder.

The Raptors defeated the Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals, ultimately winning the NBA Championship in June. Last night they were not as lucky, falling to Giannis Antetokounmpo and his team.
